SEC has banned centralized staking providers where coins are given to third parties for staking. Withdrawals are not even possible till Consensys allows it. What is going to happen until then since the majority of coins are in custody of exchanges?
There's an ongoing Consensys lawsuit that could be really damaging for Eth too.
